The Zon Hotel is a 25-storey serviced apartment strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, which has temporarily ceased operations since 2020. The Zon Hotel is currently undergoing major refurbishment and repositioning.
Upon completion, the hotel is intended to operate as a premium three-star hospitality offering, providing an opportunity to capture the strong demand generated by Kuala Lumpur’s corporate, tourism, retail and business ecosystem.
The hotel’s location within the KLCC catchment places it within close proximity to major corporate offices, international hotels, shopping destinations, entertainment, dining and Kuala Lumpur’s most recognisable landmark, the PETRONAS Twin Towers.

Located on the outskirts of St Austell, the estate provides a tranquil countryside setting while remaining within easy reach of the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown, Fowey and the beaches and fishing villages of Cornwall’s south coast.

The Cornwall features 65 guest bedrooms, combining the character of the original manor house with contemporary bedroom wings overlooking the estate. The accommodation is complemented by restaurant and lounge spaces, landscaped grounds and a range of leisure facilities that support both short breaks and longer stays.
Spa & wellness
The Cornwall Spa is an important part of the resort experience. Set within the estate’s historic stable buildings and walled garden, the spa includes an infinity swimming pool, sauna and steam facilities, treatment rooms, fitness facilities and relaxation areas. Its combination of wellness facilities and natural surroundings gives the estate a strong platform for continued development as a spa and leisure destination.
Woodland lodges
The estate also includes a collection of contemporary Woodland Lodges positioned amongst mature trees within the hotel grounds.
