Atlan Holdings Bhd (“Atlan” or the “Group”) is a diversified investment holding group committed to creating sustainable long-term value across a range of business sectors.
Atlan was incorporated in 1988 as a private limited company as Atlan Holdings Sdn. Bhd. It was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in 1996 and subsequently transferred to the Main Market in 2009. The Group also has a listed subsidiary, Duty Free International Limited, which is listed on the Mainboard of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, giving the Group a presence in both the Malaysian and Singapore capital markets.
The principal activity of Atlan is investment holding, with its subsidiaries primarily involved in automotive component parts manufacturing, duty free and duty paid retail (“Duty Free Retail”) as well as property investment and hospitality.
